3D Design
The ability to mock things up in "real" world situations really helps sell ideas to team members, key stakeholders, and customers. I've used various 3D applications over my career to supplement my other design work, and over time it's become a staple of my workflow. I use it in mockups, icons, branding, painting - anything you can think of.
